Historic fateful dreams

Jacob's dream about the future of Israel.
The Lord tells Jacob in a dream where he and his descendants will live. (Genesis 28, 11-16)

Joseph's dreams. Cause of his ruin as well as his come-back.

The dreams about his brother's sheaves bending before him, and sun, moon and stars (his family) bending before him, made his brothers so angry that they sold him to Egypt as a slave where he ended up in prison. (Gen. 37)

However, his ability to interpret the pharao's dreams about the seven fat cows and the seven thin cows laid the basis for his come-back and career at the court. (Gen. 40-41)
